Seeking motivation is not easy to do, especially when trying to go work out... The secret that I have discovered is always looking cute when you go to the gym, that is one way to help you get motivated to workout! When people are trying to feel good, one mental way to do it is to look good! I also have an obsession with cute work out clothes, especially if they are from lulu lemon! I know what your thinking
"THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE!?!" yes... they are but they are so
WORTH it.... they last incredibly long and are probably the most conformable clothes I have ever worn in my entire life, not to mention how cute and colorful they are!! Another way to get motivated is to create a good motivational playlist! My favorite playlist is my workout one because its filled with all my favorite up-beat songs that help me get moving!! Not only do i do all that, but also remember sleep is always needed when you are trying to workout, if you get motivative and didn't get a good nights rest it can defiantly effect your workout! So always remember these 4 steps in helping you get motivated to workout~
1. Looking cute when working out!
2. Create a good Playlist!
3. Sleep
4. HYDRATE~H20
